Name: Rika
Age: 9
Height: 4'4"
Weight: 0 lbs.
An enigmatic girl cursed with the most horrific power there is, young aristocratic Rika was the second to form a Contract with a Pact-Maker who had no Host, meaning it hadn't been formed by anybody else making a Contract but was rather a manifestation of magical energies lingering in the universe. It reached out to her specifically because of her loneliness, but in forming her Contract she quickly began to realize how she was on a path to becoming the loneliest person in existence. Rika was the sole person responsible for Mizuumi Nanako - or Quartz - gaining her fickle opinions on life and death, considering her permanent aura of hostility.
Through usage of her power to help others by removing obstacles, she lost minor and major things alike, such as the ability to cry and her family— in order respectively, as horrible for her as that sounds. She'd go on to take her own senses and emotions, even her own heart, before deciding to use her life as a stake to defeat an otherwise undefeatable enemy for the group.

Costume: An enormous black cloak hiding Rika's entire body, adorned plentifully in white ribbons.
Element: Nothing
Effect: Eternal Zero: At any time as a free action, Rika may choose any number and reduce it to 0. This may be an opponent's resolve, any attribute, et cetera. However, in doing so she permanently takes a 0 to one of her own aspects in the same way, effective immediately. She doesn't weigh 0 pounds for no reason.
Power: Erasure
Effect: Banish: Make a support challenge versus a DC of at least 10. A single target opponent loses one turn per the total result divided by 10. Meaning, a result of 20 would cause them to lose 2 turns, 30 3, et cetera. The only resistance they may make is with a challenge using their own support, with the only target being Rika's own roll. On failure they're still subject to turn-loss, but Rika herself loses her turn either way.
Magical Weapon: A laser scythe. Come on, were you expecting anything else?
Finisher: Negative Gate
Attribute: Fury
Effect: All combatants take 10 damage per total amount of turns anybody has been Banished during this encounter. If the damage would be lethal, they are instead brought to 1 Resolve. This includes Rika and her allies, of course, but since 'allies take 0 damage' is a single command she may prevent this using her 'Eternal Zero' effect, with the usual drawbacks— of course she herself is included.
;_; all around.
Rika was Quartz' best friend and inspiration; she probably had a full name at one point but erased that too by using her power recklessly. Actually, in a description like this one it sure SOUNDS pretty recklessly, but when you spend multiple years in a journey fighting giant monsters you learn to take risks during them to do big things. The most horrifying thing is that she could never take anything without taking something from herself specifically, and it couldn't be taken from anybody else. She could also barely choose what it is, only the 'size' of what would be taken by the 'size' of whatever she was removing. Instantly killing an entire massive Youma would take her own life, of course, as she found out.
Even removing another person was scaled enough that she'd only lose one of her senses for doing such a thing. The same went for removing things from the past or future, or ideas from the entirety of existence. Maybe Rika was responsible for mankind's inability to perceive gods? Maybe she even removed herself from Quartz' memory too? … Well, at least the precise details of herself. Without knowing Rika's fate, Nanako probably would've gone along without being filled with despair in the first place. Or at least, with a lot less of it in comparison.
While it didn't Contract any of our heroines specifically, Rika's Pact-Former was split into multiple parts named after Greek letters that challenged each generation of Puella Magi in the Subscape. In Ambrosia's generation it was an Onyx surrounded by swords known as Epsilon, but in the next generation it was known as Sigma and surrounded by spears instead. Who knows, maybe if magic kept on as usual it would've become Omega a few decades later? It was, notably, the only one to come back into existence after being defeated, meaning Rika's is the only Oblivion Seed to have been used multiple times.
