I'll dress the way I want to Mother, thank you very much. She's probably happy I'm gone, more money for clothes. |

Element: Steel
Effect: Living Armor +1 DR, Counter attack, When enemy lands a melee hit, armor makes an attack Defense vs Defense, on hit, it deals 1d4 damage. On a miss, armor is deactivated (Can't counter-attack and loses DR) for 1d3 rounds.
Power: Animate Armor
Effect: Patch Up. Regeneration. (At the start of each turn you take you regain one point of Resolve, to a maximum of 18, take 1 OC to instantly heal 1d3+1 resolve, can be used once per scene.)
Magical Weapon: Machera Imperialis
Nicknamed 'Mach', the Machera Imperialis is infact part of the armor and can potentially take the form of any weapon its owner can dream up. For some reason, it's stuck on 'glaive', though.
Finisher: Divine Challenge
Element: Fury
Effect: Make a single attack roll against every enemy. Roll damage once for the entire group of enemies you hit. You may opt to take X points of your damage away to instead gain X points on your defensive stat until the end of your next turn; in addition, all enemies must pass a support roll equal to your attack roll's result from before to attack someone other than you until the end of your next turn. Costume
Not so much a costume as it is the effect of her element itself, her 'costume' is a partially animate, luxuriously embossed suit of plate, including a helmet. The armor itself is curiously decorated and inlaid with etchings and precious metals, though it looks quite weathered and battledamaged.
The armor's partial animation is limited to lashing out at enemies and patching itself (and its current occupant) up. These repairs appear as metal plates bolted or welded on, though the armor regains its original state each time it's summoned.
Change
Scarred (adapted): Whenever Patch-Up heals a wound, the result appears in her normal form as a (or multiple) flexible, dull-metal-looking plates seemingly bolted on to the body. Over time these sink under the skin, giving the skin a dull metalic sheen and being cold to the touch.
Crystal Rash (adapted): Metal plates randomly start growing and breaking off.
So, life in the 20XX, it kinda sucks.
The leGrande family moved to the Arcology of Neo-Detroit from the Champagne region of France a dozen or so years ago. Her father, an electrical engineer specialized on working with Nuclear powerplants hoped to find more work there. Her mother found a job in a local Avant-Garde Boutique.
Evelyn has no real recollection of her time before the Arcology. The memories that she has are broken en incomplete. Shards of what the world was like. To her, these shards have become an obsession. She, almost desperately, tries to figure out what happened to the world outside the walls, much to the dismay of her parents, who strongly discourage questioning the Yorokobi Corporation.
Having been unable to spend time on her obsession due to strict monitoring of her parents, Evelyn instead turned to study as much of the past as possible, eventually becoming obsessed with the Middle Ages and historical books and reports as a whole. She spends most of her spare time in the Arcology School's giant library. Her obsession is all but forgotten, though, as she is usually the first person to read new additions to the library from outside the Arcology, after the censors read them, of course. Most, if not all, of these turn out to be useless fiction, though.
When she's not in the library, she spends her time training with a Naginata. A hobby her parents originally forced on her to help vent her pent-up anger. She eventually embraced it though, and has become quite skilled in it.
Evelyn leGrande is a calm and collected girl with sharps wits. She is a generally friendly girl, though she remains distant and closed to people she does not trust and those who have no real interest in finding out what happened to the world outside the Arcology's walls. Evelyn is prone to violent outbursts every now and then when people stand between her and what she considers a valuable bit of information.
