Appearance
A mousy, shorthaired brunette, bizarrely-named Chrysanthemum makes no effort to hide her status as a known bookworm. She can often be found in sweaters, or anything similarly bulky, which looks a bit silly considering her height— even in winter. Her most notable feature considering her aversion to interacting with others when she's reading or writing - which is always - is probably the spectacles on her face which are never taken off regardless of circumstance. That is, of course, unless 'circumstance' involves transforming, in which case they totally disappear. Supposedly her unforgivably poor eyesight disappears as well, when that happens.
Transformation/Costume
Much to Chrysanthemum's horror, that horrific Mary-Sue character from a bad fanfiction she wrote in high school manifests whenever she inhales the power of magic, transforming her into a human-pegasus hybrid complete with massive wings sprouting from her back, otherwise known as a centaur. A 'Pegacentaur' for lack of a real term for this. She wears blue pauldrons with golden trim and a light chest-covering with the same features, much befitting a Pegasus Knight who would probably be a mercenary hired by the Lycia she was named for… if it existed.
Powers, Detailed
With all the obsession she'd done over magical powers, Chrysanthemum - or Crystellise, as she calls herself - possesses the ability not only to spiral existing things out of control by turning small gossip into massive widespread rumors or a 'slightly too long' short story into a novel series with magical effort, but also the ridiculous power to grow and shrink objects as well as concepts at will. Normally one would think this sort of power is a good thing, but with her extreme lack of control and obsessive hobby with wanting to use magic to affect things, she often finds herself being forcefully restrained or asked to simply not use her powers considering the catastrophic risk it holds. Considering her shy nature as her mundane self she not-so-reluctantly agrees most of the time, but otherwise… it's best to say she isn't incredibly well-liked for the way she goes about things.

Element: Scaling
Effect: Metamorph - Take 2 overcharge to support attribute. Raise an ally (or self)'s highest magical attribute by 2 and reduce their lowest by 2. This lasts for 1d6 turns. At the end of those 1d6 turns, the target takes resolve damage equal to their middle magical attribute, which was not affected by this effect. It cannot be used again until those turns are up.
Power: Exaggeration
Effect: Wait, What?! - Pay 4 resolve, and as a free action increase an ally (or self)'s attack attribute by 100. Simultaneously, decrease the damage they would deal with their next (or current) attack by 100, after calculating overcharge bonuses, to a minimum of 0. Just in case, half attack stat rule does not apply.
Magical Weapon: A goddamned portable ballista that fires corseques with sentient wings and drill-tips, connected like some kind of freaky magical harpoon by chains made of feathers. The winged spears themselves can be used as weapons sans the ballista in a very Tomoe Mami/Gilgamesh fashion.
Finisher: Totally Over-The-Top
Element: Fury
Effect: Make an attack roll and take one overcharge as usual. If successful, total all damage dealt to all targets over the course of this encounter. Roll 1d6 per point of damage done- ie. if an enemy has taken 21 total damage, one ally has taken 6, and another ally has taken 3, roll 30d6. For any roll of 1-5, nothing happens. For every 6, however, take 1 overcharge - all of which can be distributed in any way among attributes after this Finisher resolves - and deal 2 damage.
Chrysanthemum Lynn Espel was an odd blend of cultures and upbringings, despite her never having moved cities while growing up. So, she rarely got a taste of being in a school without being teased for her bookishness. From a young age she'd easily become absorbed in fantasy settings, whether it's novels, film, Fire Emblem, et cetera. Having grown up in a rural environment she also had a good deal of affection for her family's horses, going on rides, etc etc etc. Unusual enough that she never developed a personality that showed that side of her much.
Instead, she ended up being extremely bookish and barely approachable, always absorbed in some new novel or otherwise media. One day, with very little to no warning, she - in a very fiction protagonist-y way - discovered an old-looking tome, left alone, and letting her imagination run wild started scribbling trashy fanfictions within its apparently empty pages. The next day, the creature she'd be approached by was anything but a book, but the writing on its face gave way to confirm that whatever it was, it was pissed.
Somehow, one thing led to another, and Chrysanthemum herself was lazily granted the powers of the godawful self-insert protagonist she'd written, but the power of 'flight' was exaggerated to the point to where she didn't just sprout wings. She knew now that she had to defend the skies as a Knight… but unfortunately for her, the world doesn't really work that way, and there aren't any kingdoms to offer her services to. So instead, Chrys as a very-much-human spotted an advertisement of some sort, and at a combined effort of her own love for the supernatural and that talking book of hers… talking, she made the decision to take a trip to the Broadrick Paranormal Investigation Agency.
…. Unfortunately for her, she's incredibly timid. Good luck.
